Important: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Every compatible and remanufactured cartridge we sell comes with our exclusive Page Yield Guarantee. If any compatible cartridge fails to deliver the advertised page yield under normal printing conditions (approximately 5% coverage per page as per ISO/IEC 24711 standards), we will:

β How to claim: Email support@printwithink.online with your order number, the cartridge model, and an estimate of pages printed. We'll process your replacement or refund within 1 business day of your claim.
This guarantee does not apply if print quality issues are caused by printer hardware problems, improper storage of cartridges, or deliberate misuse.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3β5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

We offer exchanges on eligible items within the 30-day return window. If you received the wrong item or would like to exchange for a different product, please contact us at support@printwithink.online.
If you received an item different from what you ordered, we apologize for the error. Contact us immediately at support@printwithink.online. We will:
If a product is defective upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including prepaid return shipping. Photos or video of the defect may be requested to expedite the process.
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
Please pack returned items securely in the original packaging when possible. PrintWithInk is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number.
Return Address: Returns must be shipped to the address provided on your RMA form β do not ship to our general business address. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
OEM cartridges cannot be returned once opened. Compatible cartridges are covered by our Page Yield Guarantee regardless of whether they've been used β if performance is unsatisfactory, we'll replace or refund.
Printers that stop working within 30 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or refund. For printers beyond the 30-day window, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for service options.
After we receive and inspect your return (3β5 business days), refunds are issued promptly. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5β10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
A leaking cartridge is considered defective. Contact us immediately at support@printwithink.online with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement right away β no return needed.
Yes! Unopened OEM cartridges and compatible cartridges in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days. Contact us for an RMA number to initiate the return.
