All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you'll receive a second email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as back-to-school season (August–September) and the holiday shopping season (November–December). We'll notify you of any significant delays.
Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, excluding the following federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
We currently ship to all addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders to all contiguous states.
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii; however, free shipping is not available for these states. Additional shipping surcharges apply, and delivery may take longer than standard estimates. Surcharges will be calculated at checkout.
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for these address types. Delivery timeframes to military addresses may vary based on military mail routing.
We currently do not offer shipping to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) or international destinations. We are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system after your order is shipped. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.

All our shipments are insured. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement order at no cost to you.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@printwithink.online with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. PrintWithInk is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@printwithink.online — we may be able to correct it before the order ships.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Some printer models are large and/or heavy. These items may ship via freight carrier and have additional delivery requirements. We will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment for freight shipments when applicable.
Certain ink products may be classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes. These items are shipped in compliance with DOT, USPS, and carrier regulations. Air shipping restrictions may apply, and we will select the appropriate carrier and service for safe delivery.
If your order contains items from multiple warehouses or if one item is backordered, your order may ship in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. You are not charged extra for split shipments.
