By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. PrintWithInk reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all products listed on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product you purchase is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition per our Return Policy.
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability to you. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We sell both Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) cartridges and compatible/remanufactured alternatives. Compatible cartridges are manufactured by third parties and are not affiliated with printer brand manufacturers. Use of compatible cartridges does not void your printer's warranty under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Note: Brand names (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lexmark, etc.) mentioned on our site are used solely for compatibility reference purposes. PrintWithInk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these manufacturers.
All products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that items shown on our website are always in stock. If an ordered item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives, a substitution, or a full refund.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns about fraud.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when your order is shipped and a shipping confirmation email is sent.

All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected based on the shipping destination and applicable state and local tax laws. Tax amounts will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
You may request order cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our support team at support@printwithink.online or calling 1-800-555-1234. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after receipt.
We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations is not currently available.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. PrintWithInk is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in original, unused, and unopened condition. Certain restrictions apply to opened ink and toner cartridges.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@printwithink.online within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. For full details, including non-returnable items and the refund process, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
Page Yield Guarantee: If a compatible cartridge delivers fewer pages than advertised under standard usage conditions, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
The PrintWithInk website, including all content, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of PrintWithInk or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names of third parties (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lexmark, etc.) referenced on our site are the property of their respective owners and are used for compatibility identification purposes only.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRINTWITHINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF PRINTWITHINK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PRINTWITHINK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for the resolution of any disputes.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@printwithink.online and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve the issue within 30 days of receiving your notice.
If informal resolution fails, disputes (except for claims involving intellectual property rights or claims that can be heard in small claims court) shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's rules, conducted in Atlanta, Georgia. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You may not participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against PrintWithInk. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines that the claims were frivolous, in which case the arbitrator may award attorneys' fees.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will also send notice to customers via email or a prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our Service.
